Guarding Your Intellectual Sovereignty
At Socratic Core, we don't just process data; we respect the sanctity of human thought. Our privacy framework is built on the Socratic principle of integrity. You'll find that our commitment to your data's safety is as rigorous as our philosophical inquiry.

Conversational Ephemerality
How do we handle your insights? We believe in ephemeral processing. Unless explicitly saved for your personal knowledge synthesis, conversational transcripts are purged within 24 hours. Your philosophical queries shouldn't linger in a database forever.
We've implemented a strict "No-Default-Training" policy. We don't use your specific ethical dilemmas or proprietary synthesis requests to train our base models without your explicit, written consent.
Data Rights
Full access. Full Portability. You own the core logic of your interactions.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Standard, but unbreakable.
1. Data Collection & Intent
Why do we collect information? Only to serve the dialogue. We're interested in the synthesis of ideas, not the tracking of individuals. We collect minimal telemetry to ensure the AI's critical thinking modules are firing correctly.
This includes basic metadata like response times and token usage. We're transparent about this because we believe an unexamined data policy is not worth having.
2. Algorithmic Ethics
Our ethical AI consulting includes a commitment to algorithmic neutrality. We don't sell your data to advertisers. We don't use your insights to manipulate market behavior. We're a Socratic core, after all.
If you're using our Synthesis API, you'll be glad to know your proprietary datasets are isolated in sandboxed environments. Your competitive advantages remain yours alone.
3. Third-Party Logic
Do we share? Rarely. Only with necessity. When we work with cloud infrastructure partners, we ensure they adhere to our Socratic standards of data protection. We don't compromise for convenience.
